Abstract
Taking axle box bearing in high-speed train within 200 km/h as the research object, and the maximum value of the basic rated dynamic load was defined as the objective function, the optimal solutions to the three principal parameters, i.e., number, diameter and effective contact length of bearing roller were obtained through analysis and calculation, and their influences on the bearing fatigue life were analyzed.
