Abstract
Lead halide perovskites are key materials for the next generation of high-efficiency and low-cost photoelectric devices, such as solar cells, LEDs and photodetectors, due to its advantages of high quantum yield, tunable band gap and convenient preparation. Precipitation plays an important role in the preparation of perovskite materials, photoluminescence mechanism and development of new materials. Precipitation in metals, glasses and crystals were reviewed and the progress on precipitation of lead halide perovskites were summarized. The use of precipitation can not only passivate the surface defects and improve the stability of perovskite materials, but also prepare perovskite quantum dots (PQDs) luminescent glass and other new high-efficiency luminescent materials.
