    Design of Intrinsic Safety Display Panel Under the Mine Based on MSP430

    • In order to display and transmit information under the mine, a mine information display panel using MSP430 as the core EPM570 was designed. The intrinsic safety characteristics of the device were guaranteed by the display panel's control of the power output of 3.3 V through the voltage regulator design of the power module. The stability of the mine operation information exchange was realized by using the isolation filter design of the communication signal module. After receiving and processing the received signal by MSP430, the received address and data were classified and packaged to EPM570 be the device. The data were transmitted by EPM570 to the latches controlling the LEDs and the digital tube according to the assigned address to display the information.
