基於MEMS工藝的壓電微泵的研究進展

Research progress of piezoelectric micropumps based on MEMS technology

  • 摘要: 在微納米尺度流體控製的應用中,壓電微泵因其簡易結構,高精密度👮🏽‍♀️⚠,高力密度,快速響應與良好環境適性成為研究的熱點⚖️。從致動原理與流體控製方案角度對壓電微泵的研究現狀進行了歸納總結🅿️,介紹了其在藥物供給、細胞分離👩‍🦯‍➡️、微量化學檢測等領域的應用🌆,指出了壓電微泵輸出功率較小、輸出具有蠕變特性、成本偏高等問題,並對壓電微泵的發展方向進行了展望👩‍💻。

     

    Abstract: In the application of micro and nano scale fluid control, piezoelectric micropumps have become a research focus because of their simple structure, high precision, high force density, fast response and good environmental adaptability. The research status of piezoelectric micropump was summarized from the perspective of actuation principle and fluid control scheme, and its applications in drug supply, cell separation, micro chemical detection and other fields were introduced. The problems of low output power, creep characteristic and high cost of piezoelectric micropump were pointed out, and the development direction of piezoelectric micropump was prospected.
