高鐵軸箱軸承主參數優化設計及其對疲勞壽命的影響
Optimization design of principal parameters of axle box bearing in high-speed train and its influences on bearing fatigue life

摘要: 以200 km/h以內的高鐵軸箱軸承為研究對象,以基本額定動載荷最大值為目標函數,經分析計算得到了軸承滾子數量、直徑以及有效接觸長度3個主參數的最優解🤸🏼♀️,進而分析了上述3個軸承主參數對疲勞壽命的影響👨🏼⚖️。Abstract: Taking axle box bearing in high-speed train within 200 km/h as the research object, and the maximum value of the basic rated dynamic load was defined as the objective function, the optimal solutions to the three principal parameters, i.e., number, diameter and effective contact length of bearing roller were obtained through analysis and calculation, and their influences on the bearing fatigue life were analyzed.
