熒光材料冷熱沖擊檢測系統研製及應用

Development and application of cold and heat shock detection system for fluorescent materials

  • 摘要: 熒光材料是發光二極管(LED)的重要組成部分,熒光粉的光學性能參數對白光LED的研究起著重要作用🩷。溫度的變化往往對熒光材料的光學性能影響很大。通過使用半導體製冷片及水冷系統、單片機、熒光激發裝置及積分球光譜檢測系統✍🏻😢,結合比例👨🏽‍🎤、積分和微分(PID)控製算法,設計製造了加熱製冷裝置和光學檢測系統一體化測試儀器,實現了對熒光材料冷熱沖擊性能的實時檢測。經過在實驗室和企業中的實際應用🕷,該設備能夠實現溫控精準🚉、瞬態大幅度升降溫😆、智能安全🧘、實時在線檢測功能。該儀器的研發,有助於對熒光材料可靠性的深入研究🤱🏼。

     

    Abstract: Fluorescent materials are an important component of light-emitting diode (LED), and the optical property parameters of phosphors play an important role in the study of white LED. The change of temperature often has great influence on the optical properties of fluorescent materials. By using the semiconductor refrigeration and water cooling system, single chip microcomputer, fluorescence excitation device and integrating sphere spectrum detection system, and combined with proportional, integral and derivative (PID) control algorithm, the heating and refrigeration device and optical detection system integration of the test instrument was designed and established, which accomplished the realization of real-time detection of fluorescence material cold and hot impact performance. After the practical application in laboratories and enterprises, the equipment has accurate temperature control, instantaneously sharp rise and drop of temperature, intelligent safety, and real-time online detection function. The development of this instrument contributes to the intensive study of the reliability of fluorescent materials.
