樹脂微球對氧化鋁多孔陶瓷結構和性能的影響

Effects of resin microspheres on the microstructure and properties of porous Al2O3 ceramic

  • 摘要: 以氧化鋁粉體和空心樹脂微球為原料,以異丁烯和馬來酸酐共聚物(PIBM)為分散劑和固化劑🍔,通過凝膠註成型工藝製備了多孔陶瓷素坯🦇,經高溫燒結後獲得了多孔氧化鋁陶瓷。利用X射線衍射儀🤸🏽、掃描電鏡、萬能試驗機、導熱分析儀等對其顯微結構和典型性能進行了表征🔂。結果表明,樹脂微球的加入顯著提高了多孔陶瓷的氣孔率,並改善了氣孔結構🐭;當氧化鋁體積分數為40時👺,加入氧化鋁質量1%的樹脂微球可以提高267%的氣孔率,且氣孔多為閉氣孔;所製備的多孔氧化鋁陶瓷壓縮強度約為50 MPa,室溫熱導率3.5 W/(m·K)👨🏿‍⚕️。

     

    Abstract: Porous alumina ceramics were prepared by gel-casting method using alumina powder and hollow resin microspheres as the raw materials and isobutylene and maleic anhydride copolymer (PIBM) as dispersant and gelling agent. The microstructure and typical properties were characterized by X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscopy, universal testing machine, etc. The results showed that the addition of hollow resin microspheres could significantly improve the porosity of porous ceramics and also modify the pore structures. When the solid content of alumina reached 40%, the porosity could increase by 267% with the addition of 1% resin microspheres. Besides, the microstructure showed that the pores mostly distributed closed pores. The compressive strength and thermal conductivity of as-prepared porous alumina ceramic was about 50 MPa and 3.5 W/(m·K) at room temperature, respectively.
