Abstract:
With the rapid development of the railway industry at home and abroad, the running safety issues of railway vehicle have become increasingly prominent. Among them, the wheel-rail interaction force is a significant factor that affects the operation safety of railway vehicles, making it necessary to detect the wheel-rail force. In this study, a wheel-rail force detection system based on force-measuring wheelsets is designed. The strain gauges are arranged on the wheels by the method of group bridge, and the strain forces are collected by the strain gauges. These collected strain forces are fed into a program for calculating wheel-rail forces, from which the derailment coefficient and load reduction rate are determined. Finally, the GB5599-2019 standard is utilized for evaluation. This research holds profound significance for the safe operation of railway vehicles and provides a new avenue for promoting the development of wheel-rail force detection technology.
