Abstract:
Two-dimensional perovskite materials have unique structure and excellent photoelectric properties. Light-emitting diode (LED) based on two-dimensional or quasi-two-dimensional perovskite have the characteristics of high-brightness luminescence, wide-spectrum color adjustable and excellent color purity. And 2D perovskite devices are superior to the performance of 3D perovskite devices. 2D perovskite become the development of high-performance light-emitting device of attractive electroluminescent materials. In this paper, the structure and properties of 2D perovskite and the preparation methods of 2D perovskite luminescent materials are briefly introduced. And the main problems and development prospects of the materials are pointed out. This provide reference for improving the properties of two-dimensional layered perovskite materials and optimizing the preparation methods.
