基於卟啉的糖識別探針

Porphyrin-Based Fluorescent Sensors for Saccharides

  • 摘要: 糖是生命存在和繁衍所必需的物質,擔負著為生物體提供碳源和能量的重擔。發展能夠對復雜生物體中特定糖類化合物進行定量分析檢測的新技術、新方法具有重要的實際意義。卟啉是一類基於四吡咯芳香大環核心結構的化合物,具有化學性質穩定、摩爾消光系數大、熒光發射波長等優秀的化學和光物理性能,其應用於生物分析具有許多先天的優勢。力求系統性地總結歸納以卟啉結構為基礎的分子探針在糖識別領域的研究現狀,並展望卟啉這一特殊熒光團在發展糖識別探針這一領域的發展前景。

     

    Abstract: Saccharides are essential for the activities of life systems by providing carbon resources and energy. Therefore, the innovation of quantitative analytical methods for sensing a target saccharide in a complicated biological sample is meaningful. Porphyrin is a family of aromatic compounds with a macrocyclic structure that built up with four pyrrolic subunits. In general, porphyrins are chemically stable and exhibit excellent photophysical properties such as large molar extinction coefficient and long emission wavelength, making them suitable for application in biological analysis. In this review, we tried to discuss the research progresses on porphyrin based molecular sensors for saccharide recognition. We hope that these discussions would inspire the further development of practical and convenient porphyrin-based sensors for detecting saccharides in real biological samples.
