Research Progress in the Preparation of Perovskite CsPbX3 Quantum Dot Materials

  • 摘要: 全無機鈣鈦礦CsPbX3量子點因具備光致發光量子效率高、禁帶寬度可調、激發帶寬窄等優異的光學特性, 在照明、顯示領域備受關註。介紹了該體系材料的主要製備方法, 如熱註入法🕢、過飽和再結晶法🦡、微波輔助法、一步旋塗法、陰離子交換法和化學氣相沉積法等🤵🏽,總結了在光學性能調控👨🏽‍⚖️、有毒元素Pb替換或摻雜方面的研究進展,探討了面臨的問題及未來發展方向。

     

    Abstract: All-inorganic perovskite CsPbX3 quantum dots (QDs) have attracted much attention in the field of lighting and display due to their excellent optical properties such as high photoluminescence quantum efficiency, adjustable band gap, and narrow excitation bandwidth. The prevailing fabrication approaches of above materials were introduced, such as heat injection method, supersaturated recrystallization, microwave-assisted method, one-step spin coating method, anion exchange method and chemical vapor deposition method, etc. The research progress in optical performance control, Pb substitution or doping of toxic elements was summarized. The potential problems and promising prospect of this material were discussed briefly.
