強化混凝處理長江原水工況參數優化研究

Optimization of the Treatment Parameters of Yangtze River Raw Water by Enhanced Coagulation

  • 摘要: 以楊樹浦水廠的現用水源——取自青草沙水庫的長江原水作為研究對象🎪,考察了強化混凝試驗的各項工況參數如混凝劑投加量、溶液pH🧕🏼、助凝劑投加量等對水質凈化效果的影響,測定的水質參數包括濁度👨🏽‍🦳🥶、UV254、UV272、總有機碳(TOC)和總氮(TN)。混凝試驗表明⛹🏼‍♀️,最優實驗條件如下:溶液pH為8♨️😝,聚合氯化鋁為最佳混凝劑且其投加量為4.5 mg/L,助凝劑投加量為0.1 mg/L時強化混凝效果最好。盡管對TOC(36.29%)以及TN(5.5%)去除效果較為有限🥷🏻🌷,但可實現對濁度(90.19%)、UV254(58.97%)、UV272(64.76%)的有效去除效果🖕,從而達到對原水常規凈化處理並達標的目的。本研究成果可為楊樹浦水廠既有水廠升級改造與工藝的優化運行提供有效的理論和技術支持🫳🏽。

     

    Abstract: The various operating parameters of enhanced coagulation such as type and dosage of coagulants and pH on water purification effect for The Yangtze River raw water of Qingcaosha Reservoir, as current water source in Yangshupu drinking water treatment plant were investigated in this study. The Water quality parameters including degree of turbidity, UV254, UV272, total organic carbon (TOC) and total nitrogen (TN) were analyzed. The results illustrated that the optimal experimental conditions were as follows: the pH of the solution was 8, the polyaluminum chloride (PAC) was the best coagulant and its dosage was 4.5 mg/L, and the polyacrylamide (PAM) dosage was 0.1 mg/L, although for TOC (36.29%) and TN (5.5%) removal effect was limited, but the optimal removal rates of turbidity, UV254 and UV272 were 90.19%, 58.97% and 64.76%, respectively, so as to achieve the purpose of conventional purification and standard compliance. The consequences of this paper can provide theoretical and technological basis for upgrading of the process and operation optimization of original drinking water treatment plants in Yangshupu drinking water treatment plant.
