等離子體噴塗ZrB₂基復合塗層結構與性能

摘要: 超高溫陶瓷因其熔點高👩🏻‍⚖️、熱導率高和化學穩定性良好等特點而備受關註. ZrB₂是超高溫陶瓷的典型代表.等離子體噴塗技術是製備超高溫陶瓷塗層的有效方法.敘述了等離子體噴塗技術製備的ZrB₂基超高溫復合塗層的近期研究成果, 並簡要展望了進一步改性該種塗層的方法.

Abstract: Ultra-high temperature ceramics (UHTCs) have been widely studied due to their high melting point, high thermal conductivity and good chemical stability. ZrB₂ is the one of the most typical UHTCs and plasma spray technique has been considered as an effective fabrication method for UHTCs coatings. The latest studies of ZrB₂-based composite coatings fabricated by plasma spray were reviewed. The modification of the coatings was proposed.
