Abstract:
The traditional PID control strategy is difficult to obtain better control effects for the large hysteresis system because of the large lag link of the fermentation tank temperature control system in the later stage of fermentation. In this paper, a dynamic matrix predictive controller with smaller overshoot and shorter regulating time was designed based on the temperature controlled system of rice wine post fermentation with large delay. The dynamic matrix predictive controller can realize the fast real-time tracking of the set value of the fermentation tank temperature through online circulation correction, so as to meet the needs of rice wine post fermentation process. The superiority of the dynamic matrix predictive controller was verified by comparing the control results of the PID controller for the temperature of the rice wine post-fermentation with that of the dynamic matrix predictive controller.
