除塵器內著火位置對木粉塵爆炸泄放效果影響的模擬分析

Simulation Analysis of the Influence of the Ignition Source Position in the Dust Collector on the Explosion and Release Effect of Wood Dust

  • 摘要: 基於工程實際問題,使用FLACS對木粉塵爆炸泄放效果影響進行模擬分析,模擬設置7組不同的初始條件,研究不同粉塵雲大小及位置、點火位置對木粉塵爆炸泄放效果影響👨‍✈️。模擬結果表明,著火源位置越靠近除塵器中心軸底部🐚,火焰傳播到管道的速度越快;粉塵雲分布在除塵器下半部比分布在上半部的粉塵爆炸危險性更強。

     

    Abstract: Based on practical engineering problems, FLACS was used to simulate and analyze the effects of wood dust explosion release effects. Seven different initial conditions were set up to study the effects of different dust cloud sizes and positions and ignition positions on wood dust explosion release effects. Simulation results show that the closer the ignition source is to the bottom of the central axis of the dust collector, the faster the flame spreads to the pipe; the dust cloud is more dangerous in the lower half of the dust collector than in the upper half.
